Hi, my name is Tracy, I am the manager of Old Croxton Road nursery. I've been in childcare since 1993, when I became a childminder. I joined Traquinas almost 7 years ago.
Since I was young I'd always wanted to be in childcare. Childcare is my passion, watching children's faces light up when they see or do something new is amazing. Childcare is such a fulfilling career, every day is different and every day is rich. I am fortunate enough to do a job I love, working at Traquinas Childcare is my dream job, and I'm thankful everyday. 
I have 2 grown up children, and two grandchildren who I love taking for a walk around our beautiful countryside with my husband of 31 years
